This log details the design process for the base of the doll bust, which became the project’s new focal point. I applied my core “human bone church” (ossuary) design methodology, which is based on “piecing together” (拼凑) various components. As the 3D models illustrate, this involved a “reconstruction” (重构) of anatomical elements. For instance, I took the concept of “fingers” (手指) and re-imagined them, stylizing them into the fluted columns that form the pedestal’s main shaft. I then assembled these newly designed components—the finger-columns, skulls, and an ornate, bone-like plinth—to construct a complete and conceptually consistent base that would support and present the final bust as a finished sculptural piece.
